UNITED GREEN GAS was established in 2018 by a team of Mechanical Engineers. Our testing facility is situated in Ratnagiri (Maharashtra) and Bengaluru (Karnataka).

UNITED GREEN GAS is a PESO (Petroleum and Explosives Safety Organization) certified company. PESO is the regulatory authority in India responsible for the safety of petroleum and explosive materials.

As a PESO certified entity, UNITED GREEN GAS stringently follows Gas Cylinder Rules 2016 and adheres to stringent safety standards and guidelines set forth by the PESO. This certification signifies that our company meets the necessary requirements to operate safely in the field of compressed gases, including CNG.

FOLLOWING ARE THE TESTING JOBS WE PERFORM:

CNG Cascade Hydro testing / Retesting: We have also mastered Dismantling and Testing of complete CNG Cylinder Cascades, painting Cylinders and assembling it. Hydrotesting of CNG Cylinders is done at 435 kg/cm2 as per IS 5844 procedure. Finally carrying out complete leak test with Air pressure at 260 kg/cm2. All test procedures are carried out adhering to IS 7285. We are approved vendors for testing CNG Cascades for Unison Enviro Pvt Ltd. Ratnagiri, Mahanagar Gas Ltd. Mumbai and will soon be awarded work by other CGDs (City Gas Distributors) for Periodic Hydrotesting of their CNG Cascades. CNG Cascades of Water Capacity upto 4500 Ltrs with CNG Cylinders of 50 Litres and 75 Litres Water Capacity are successfully tested by us.
